These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online for Raindrops
On Roses. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between
us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these
terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this
site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions'. All transactions with Raindrops
on Roses will be governed by these terms and conditions.
All references to the 'company',
'us', ‘our’ or 'we' will refer to Raindrops On Roses. All references to ‘you’ or
the ‘customer’ shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase
goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to

Payment

by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. If the issuer
of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay

All online payments are made through PayPal. After placing your order the server
will transfer you to PayPal secure payment server through which you will make your
payment. Once this has been done, you will be transferred back to the Raindrops On
Roses Online website. In this way you can be rest assured that your payments are
being made in as secure an environment as possible. All orders and delivery are quoted
in Pound Sterling. All payments are taken in Pounds Sterling.
